U.S Air force to deploy nuclear- capable B52 warplanes to bomb Islamic State targets.


    United States air force is ready to deploy one of its most powerful fighter jets, B52 warplanes to bomb Islamic state targets in Syria and Iraq. B52 warplanes are Stratofortress nuclear capable long range fighter bomber which is capable of carrying up to 70,000 pounds of payload. The warplane can fly at a maximum altitude of 50,000 feet and has a range of about 7,650 miles. B52 warplanes can simultaneously drop 32 tons of bombs. The warplane will start striking Islamic state targets in Syria and Iraq by April, 2016, according to U.S official. The decision was made after U.S pull out B-1 fighter bombers for upgraded.
     B-52 warplanes were used to struck targets during U.S invasion of Afghanistan. The warplane was recently flew across South Korea to demonstrate to North Korea America nuclear power. The warplane was also flew across disputed China Island.
