13 people killed, more than 200 injured after 5.9 magnitude earhquake struck Tanzania.

                                                                         

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               At least 12 people lost their lives and more than 200 people injured after a magnitude earthquake measuring 5.9 struck norhwestern parts of Tanzania on Saturday. The earthquake was reported to have struck near Lake Victiria, according U.S Geological Survey. The earthquake was felt in as far as Kenya and Uganda. The earthquake was reported struck near the border with Uganda and Rwanda. The injured were taken to the hospital for treatment. Tanzania presidency office release a statement express shocked by report of the eathquake. Images on social media shows the level of damage caused by the earthquake as houses were seen completely destroyed. Earthquake has not been reported in Africa for decades as many people are surprised to see or hear such disaster in Africa continent.
