Heavy rains and gusts ripped through a large swath of India's eastern Seaboard, uprooting trees and snapping power cable. Report from BBC World News reporter says the outer bands of Cyclone Hudhud are striking the eastern Inda cast, cansing extensive damage and prompting the evacuation of about 400,000 people.
