At least 27 killed, nearly 100 injured after a suicide blast struck a mosque in Northern Nigeria.

   Nearly 100 worshippers injured and 27 killed after a suicide bomber detonated his bomb in a mosque when worshippers gathered in a mosque in Yola. The spokesperson for the country Emergency Management Agency Sanni Datti said 27 people lost their lives in the blast and 96 others injured. Those injured were rushed to a Medical Centre in the city. Report said, a young boy was trying to entered the mosque when the bomb went off. The young boy was the suspected bomber according to Eyewitness. Many Nigerians are counting on President Buhari who promised to end insurgency by December this year. Boko Haram attack have left more than 5,000 people killed since the insurgency began. Nigerian Army has claimed that they are winning the war against Boko Haram.
