40 people killed in Ukraine pro government forces and Russia- back rebels fighting.

          At least 40 people have been reported killed as fighting between Ukraine government soldiers and Russia back rebels rages in the eastern part of the country, BBC world News reported. Mediators hoped to reache a "binding" truce but report say the talk failed with no agreement reache to end the fighting. Defence minister Stephan Poltorak told journalist that 15, soldiers were killed and 30 more were wounded. Later after the report, More Ukraine forces lost their lives in the battle. Ujraine's representative and separative rebels envoys angrily accusing meeting which would have put an end to the fighting.
