Plane clash in Taiwan kills at least 31 people.


            At least 31 people was killed in Taiwan when a plane clipped its left wing on a bridge shortly after taking off from the capital Taipei and crashed into keeling River, according to the island's civil Aeronautics administration. Fifty eight people were aboard Trans Asia Airways flight GE235 when it veered out of control as if flow to Kinmen. 31 people were confirmed dead, 15 injured and 12 missing. The search and resue effort continues. The plane's pilot and two co-pilots were among those confirmed dead, Taiwan authorities said. The search crews later recovered the airplane "black box" said CNA.
