56 people killed after Boko Haram militant group attack a village in Borno.

   Suspected Boko Haram militants have attack a village in north-eastern Nigeria state of Borno, killing 56 people, Borno state governor Kashim Shettima said. The militants storm the village of Badu in Nganizai after they were initially repelled by the military when trying to attack a neighbouring village of Gudumbali. The attack forcef residents to fled for their lives. The corpses of those killed were reported to have littered the streets as nobody was present to bury them but Borno state governor Kashim Shettima said, he have set up a committee to go to the area to investigate the incident and bury the death. The attack came after Nigeria president Buhari gave three months deadline to his country's military to wipe out the militant group.
