Intruder 'ran through' White House before being apprehended.


   Amateur video shows a man running toward the White House after jumping over the fence, sparking an evacuation with the complex.  The man who breached security at the White House this raced through several rooms on the main floor, penetrating farther into the building than previously disclosed, a Republican Congressman said yesterday.

Afghanistan, U.S sign long-awaited security pact.


 Afghanistan and the United States signed a security pact on Tuesday to allow US forces to remain in the country after NATO forces pull out by ending of the year. Under the pact, 10000 US troops and several thousand more from other NATO countries will stay to train and advice Afghan forces.

US-led airstrikes hits ISIL near Turkey border.


 Report say the US-led coalition has struck targets of the Isamic State group near a besieged Kurdish town along Syria border with Turkey. The Britain- based Syria observatory for human Right said the strikes hit Islamic State fighters east and west of Kobane. It was not clear if Tuesday's airstrikes push back the ISIL militants advance on Kobane.

Netanyahu says Iran greater threat than ISIL


  Israel prime minister describes Iran, ISIL and Hamas as part of a single team and compares them to Germany's Nazis. He warned the United Nations that a nuclear-armed Iran would pose a far greater threat than the armed group Islamic state of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).

Prime Minister Netanyahu: "Hamas is ISILS"




   Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel war with Gaza was the same as the international fight against ISIL in Iraq and Syria. Addressing the UN General Assembly on Monday, the Israeli Prime Minister accussed Hamas of committing "the real war crimes" in Gaza by using Palestinian covilians as human shields. "They evidently don't understand that ISIL and Hamas are branches of the same poisonous tree" he said.

Ashraf Ghani sworn in as Afghanistan New President.







 Ashraf Ghani has been sworn in as Afghanistan new President. He succeed president Hamid Karzai after a three- month standoff over disputed election results. The ceremony mark the country's first democratic transfer of power. Both Ghani and his poll rival Abdullah claimed to have won the June 14 election.

Tear gas used against Hong Kong Protesters






 Tens of thousands of protesters block the main street of the financial central district outside the government headquarters in Hong Kong. They are demanding for democratic reform. Riot police fires volley of tear gas that sent some fleeing as others erected barricades to block security forces.

Attacks targets Houthi fighters in Yemen



 A bomb attack on a Houthi-run Hospital and ambush on a car with Houthis in it killed at least 20, local source say. A sucide car bomber linked to al-Qaeda group has rammed into a field hospital run by Houthis rebel group, killing at least 15 people, while five more died in an ambush.

Israel Prime Minister Netanyahu to address UN General Assembly on Monday.


 Prime Minister BEenjamin Netanyahu said Sunday before leaving for United Nations in Newyork that he would refuse " all of the lies directed at us" with regards to Israel's recently concluded war with Hamas in the Gaza strip. He is scheduled to address the United Nations General Assembly on Monday.

More than 30 hikers killed at Japan Vocanic eruption.




 Reports said, rescue workers on Sunday found 30 people unconscious and believed to be dead near the peak of an erupting Volcano, a Japanes official said. The victims have been described as not breathinf and their hearts have stopped functioning. Mount Ontake in Central Japan erupted shortly before noon on Saturday.

Monitoring group: New Airstrikes Hits ISIL position in Eastern Syria



 A monitoring group in Syria says airstrikes, believed to have been carried out by US-led forces, hit ISIL and other Islamic terrorist groups in eastern Syria on September 27. The British-based Syria Observatory for Human Right said at least 31 blast were heard in Raqqa province, where ISIL has it headquarter.

Syria's Nusra Front vows retaliation against U.S led airstrikes.


 The Al-Qaeda-linked Nusra Front on Saturday denounced U.S-led airstrikes on Syria, saying they amounted to a war against Islam and voewing to retaliate against Western and Arab countries that took part. "we are in a long war. This war will not end in months nor years. This war could last for decades, group spokesman Abu Firas al-suri said.

Afghanistan Taliban offensive gains ground in east of the country.



 Hundreds of Taliban fighters have stormed a district in a province southwest of the Afghan capital Kabul and they are pushing forward to capture territory after killing dozens of people and beheading some in days of fighting, official said Friday.

U.K paliaments back airstrikes against ISIL in Iraq.


 British Paliaments voted overwhelmingly Friday to join the U.S - led coalition conducting airstrikes against the Islamic States in Iraq. In a speech to the House of Commons ahead of a vote in paliament, British prime minister said "I believe it is oyr duty to take part in this international action to protect our people and street".

India Prime Minister Narenda Modi visits the United states.



 India new prime Minister begins his first trip to the United States, just days after an India space vehicle successfully reaches Mars. Natenda Modi's visit will include meeting with President Obama and vice president Baiden, an address to the United Nations and a sold-out speech at Madison square Garden.

North Korea's leader Kim Jong UN is ill, state media reported.


 North Korea state media has publicly aknowledge Kim Jong UN is ill for the first time as reports emerged suggesting the leader may be suffering from gout. Kim has not made a public appearance since 3rd september where he attended a concept alongside his wife.

Nigerian military claims its forces killed Boko Haram Leader Abubakar Shekau.



 Nigeria military on Wednesday claimed for the first time that its forces killed Boko Haram Leader Abubakar Shekau in Konguga, Borno state during a shot out with the militants. Defence spokesman Chris Olukolade told journalist in Abuja on Wednesday. So far there is no word from the militant group.
