U.S president Barack Obama has arrived in Estonia to meet with the leaders of Baltic states amid U.S escalating tentions with Russia over Ukraine. Obama arrived on the capital of Estonia Tallinn early Wednesday. He is set to meet with Baltic leaders Wednesday ahead of a NATO summit that begins in Wales on Thursday.
