At least 70,000 Syria Kurds flee into Turkey in 24 hours after ISIL capture more villages in Syria.

As many as 70,000 Kurds have poured into Turkey since Friday fleeing an offensive by Islamic States (ISIL) jihadist in northeastern Syria, the UN's refugee agency said. UNHCR" is stepping up its response to help Turkey come to the aid of an estimated 70,000 who crossed into Turkey in the last 24 hours" the agency said in a statement.
