Afghanistan's rival presidential candidates signed a power sharing deal today in Kabul, the Afghan capital, capping months of turmoil over a disputed election that distabilised the nation at a crucial time as foriegn troops prepare to leave. Under the agreement Ashraf Ghani will be the president.
