76,000 people killed in Syria civil war in 2014.

       Seventy-six thousand people were killed in Syria's conflict in 2014, making it the bloodiest year so far in Syria, UK based Syria Observatory For Human Right reported. The conflict began in 2011 shows no sign of abating. Tge Britain-based Syria Ovservatory for Human Right said 33,278 civilians were killed out of the 76,000 total number killed. The United Nations says about 200,000 people have been killed since 2011. The conflict started with peaceful protest against President Assad. In a rare public appearance, president Bashar Assad visited a district on the outskirts of Damacus and thanked Soldiers fighting "in the face of terrorism", his office said on Twitter on Wedneday.
