The Uganda military on Wednesday said that second in command of the Lord's Resistance Army has been captured. Dominic Ongwen, the group's most senior commander after Joseph Kony, gave himself himself up to muslim rebels in Central Africa Republic was handed over to the US forces, BBC reported. Mr Ongwen's captured leaves the group leader Joseph Kony alone at the top of the Lord Resistance Army. In the late 1990s, the Lord Resistance Army led by Joseph Kony tried to overthrew Uganda government to create a state governed by the Bibles Ten commandment and was forcefully push out of Uganda.
