Saudi Arabia beheaded a Pakistani man on Wednesday, marking the 83rd beheading in 2014. The unnamed man was convicted of smuggling "large quantities" of heroin, Saudi state news agency reported. Most of those executed were convicted of drug smuggling. Amnesty International claims Saudi Arabia has one of the highest executions rates in the world. The report said Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and the US top the list of highest number of execution in 2014.
