Six Somalia soldier and one civilian were killed onFriday in an attack by Al shabab militants on a military checkpoint in Baidoa and in a car bombing in Mogadishu, Somali military official said. "The Al shbab fighters attack three locatins including the check point outside Baida. Three of their fighters were killed". The attack came at the end f a week whch US carried out a deadly airstrike against the group. The Somali government said the Al shabab,s intelligence chief, Abdishakur Tahil was killed in Moonday night's raid.
