Islamic State fighters strmed a town in Iraq's western Anbar provine on Saturday killing at least 19 poicemen and trapping others inside their headquarters, in the latest attack in the desert region where ISIS controls large amounts f territory. Islamic state seizedthe town of al-wafa, 45km west of Anbars' capital Ramadi on Saturday after starting its assault earlyon Friday. It may recall that militant group name itself Islamic States captured a large territory of Iraq and Syria . The U.S and its allies have been launching airstrikes against ISIS targets for the purpose of weakening the group and eventually destory it . But the airstrikes have so far fail to stop ISIS advancement.
