A house maid caught on camera torturing an 18 months-old taddler has been sentence to 4 years in jail by Kampala court after pleading guilty of tourturing toddler. A 22 years Jolly Tumuchiirwe, was captured in a CCTV camera that went viral battering a toddler under her care. According to sources from Uganda, Tumuhiirwe had on Monday apologize to the child and to the general public, saying she did not know what came over her to commit such an inhumane act.
