Millions flee their home as Typhoon Hagupit Lashes Philippines.

    A massive typhoon crept across central Philippines on Sunday, sending thousands of people into shelters and pouring heavy rain that heightened the risk of flooding and landslides. Report said shelters were full as high winds and driving rain buttered the city. One of the city's Mayor fears is a storm surge that could reach 2.4 meters. Many residents ignore evacuation order and vow to stay in their makershift beachside homes.
