Islamic state group militant shut down an Iraqi military helicopter, official said saturday killibg the two pilots onboard and raising more concerns about the extremists ability to shut down aircraft amid ongoing U.S led coalition airstrikes, arabnews reported. The helicopter was shut down Friday in the Shiite city of Samarra, about 95km north of Baghdad, the Iraqi capital. A military senior Defence official told Associated Press that the militants used shoulder-fired rocket launcher to shut down the helicopter. ISIS had attacked military bases in Syria and Iraq in recents month capturing military hardwares.
