Bomb blast in Bauchi central Market in northern Nigeria kills 27 people and wounds 40.


          Two bomb attacks at a bus station and a market in northern Nigeria on Monday killed at least 27 people and wounded 40. No group immediately claimed responsibility for the attack. Boko Haram insurgents have repeatedly set off bombs targeting civilians, especially in the northeastern Nigeria where they are trying to establish an Islamic State. Witness Mohamned Fawu told Reuters news agency by phone that many people were killed and many injured" He said large section of the central market area were on fire sending plumes of smokeinto the air.
