Russia president Vladimir Putin invites North Korea leader to Moscow.

Russia president Vladimir Putin had invited North Korea leader to Moscow to mark the USSR victory over Nazi Germany in the second world war, Kremlin's spokesman said Friday. If Kim Jong-un accept the invitation, it would be Kim's first foreign visit since he took over leadership in the one of the most isolated country in the world. It may recall that North isolation is due to it interest in weapons of mass destruction (Nuclaer weapon). North Korea has threaten to use nuclear war head against the United States and South Korea several occassion. It is not clear if NATO will allow North Korea leader to use its airspace to fly to Moscow.
