At least 12 killed, 200,000 displaced in flash flood in Pakistan.


   Severe flash floods across Pakistan has left 12 people dead and displaced at least 200,000. The flood was reported to have caused damage to local houses, roads, bridges, irrigation and water channels, The Watchers reported. The spokeswoman for the country's  national disaster department Reema Zuberi said military and civilian rescue agency were on high alert, according to Press TV. Over 200 villages were reported to have submerged in Rojhan and Layyah. Terrentials rains and flash floods have hit various villages and cities across Pakistan prompting authorities to declare an emergency.
