German parliaments back new Greek bailout talk.

      German parliament has voted in favour of starting negotiations with Greece for a third bailout agreement, CITY A.M reported. Majority of German members of parliament voted in favour of the bailout deal, with 439 to 119, 40 abstentions out of 598 ballots cast in the 631 -seat. Greek bank are expected to re-open on Monday after nearly three weeks of closure as the Europea Central Bank raised the level of emergency funding available, according to Radio New Zealand. Before the voting, Chancellor Angella Merkel warned of "predictable chaos" if the Bundestag did not vote in favour of the plan bailout.
