Japan's Lower House passes Bill to let self-Defense forces fight Abroad.

     Japan's lower house of parliament on Tuesday approved a sercurity bills which allows Japanese troops to fight abroad for the first time since World war II. The bill will allows Japan troops to assist its allies without parliamentary debate or special laws. Japan prime minister Shinzo Abe in defending the bill said Japan and U.S had agreed that the new bill was aimed at protecting Japanese nationals abroad, Russia based Sputnik news reported. Angry Japanese protesters on Wednesday called the bill unconstitutional and call for the prime minister to step down.
