An explosion hit culture Centre in Turkey's town of Suruc, a border town in Turkey, hurriyet dailynews reported. Turkey based NTV said 10 persons lost their lives and 20 people injured in the deadly exolosion. Turkey based news website said the explosion occured when 300 members of Federation of Socialist Youth Association gathered to discused on rebuilding of Kobani, Kurdish town in Syria were heavy fighting between Islamic State and YPG fighters took place. It is not known what cause the explosion or who is responsible.
