Four American Marines lost their lives after gunmen attack two military sites. MBI identified the gunman as 24-year-old Muhammed Youssef Abdulazeez. He was born in Kuwait and came to the United States in 1996, CBS NEWS reported. The shooter was later shot dead. The situation lasted for about 30 minutes before the gunman was killed. A Chattanooga police officer, identified as Dennis Pedigo was also wounded, and is said to be in stable condition. The motive for the shooting was still under investigation, but officials were investigating whether he was inspired by Islamic State who called its supporters to attack US.
