Twin blasts kill nearly 50 Eid shoppers in Nigeria city of Gombe.


     At least 60 people have been killed and dozens other injured when bombers target Gombe state on Eid eve and Damaturu on Friday when worshippers were praying for the muslim festival of Eid. In Gombe state, a bomb exploded when shoppers were shoping for the Eid festival, followed by second blast after just a minute interval. Local media reported citing AFP. hundreds of people have been killed since the newly president of Nigeria was swore in. Boko Haram steps up attack after President Mohammed Buhari vowed to crushed the group in his speech on May 29 , when he was swore in as Nigeria democratically elected president.
