Russia president Vladimir Putin welcomed leaders of brics nations to a summit in Russia despite the stand off with US and Europ over Russian support for seperatist in Ukraine and the annexation of Crimea region. Leaders from brics nations include Brazil, Russia, India,China and South Africa. They arrived in the city of Ufa in Russia where the summit is schduled to be held on Wednesday. While welcoming the Chinese leader, Vladimir Putin said "combing efforts, no doubt we will overcome all the problems before us". Russia economy has suffered greatly after US and EU slaped Russia with economic sactions for aiding rebels in Ukraine.
