US and Cuba has formally restored diplomatic ties after 54 years rupture relationship.

   U.S and former cold war enemy Cuba has formlly restored diplomatic tie after 54 years rupture relationship. The agreement was reached last year when president Obama met with Cuba president. Accoording to the BBC, U.S secretary of State John Kerry will hold talks with his Cuban counterpart later in the day. More than 500 people will attend the Cuban's festivities in Washington. Some US legislatures vowed not to repeal the embargo and pledged to roll back Obama's moves on Cuba, according to NBC Newyork.
