Four dead, thousands flee as floods hit northern Philippines.

     Four people were reported killed and thousands flee their homes after floods covers large area of the northern Philippines, INQUIRER.NET reported citing government. Heavy rain has been pouring down for days which promoted floods and led to the evacuation of about 3,000 people to a safe place, according to government Civil defence officers. Among the dead was six -month old boy who was buried by a landslide in the northern province of Pangasian, according to The Straitstimes, citing official.
