Iran's supreme leader said Thursday that there will be no nuclear deal with world powers unless all economic sanctions are lifted immediatedly. In a speech on Iranian television Thursday, the supreme leader stressed a framework deal with the west is no guarantee a final deal will be reached to stop Iran from getting a nuclear weapons. His statement came as Iran's president Hassan Rouhani said at a ceremony in Tehran that all economic sanctions will be totally lifted on the first day of the final deal.
