Saudi Arabian aviation authorities say they prevented an Iranian plane carrying 260 religious pilgrims from entering the kingdom's airspace because the aircraft lacked appropriate permissions, Alarabiya reported. Tensions are high between Saudi Arabia and shiite rival Iran. A Saudi-led coalition is carrying out air bombardment againt Iran-backed Houthi rebels who have seized the capital and other parts of the country forcing the legitimate president Hadi to fleed to Saudi Arabia for safety after rebels advances on his Aden based. Critics see the Houthis as tools of Iran to dominate Yemen. Gulf countries are not comfortable with Iran as trying to domiate the middle east. Turkish president Erdogan and Israel's prime minister Netanyahu had accused Iran recetly of trying to dorminateor capture the entire middle east.
