Taliban attack a government compound in eastern Afghanistan on Thursday that include two suicide truck bombings. Police quickly called reinforcements, who besieged the compound and started exchanging gunfire with the attackers, local media reported. Voice of America reported that the militants were armed with rocket propelled grenades and other weapons. At least 10 people lost their lives in the attack and 60 others wounded. The attackers were reported to had worn military uniforms and explosive vests, threw a hand grenade to blow up the compound entrance.
