Saudi led coalition air campaign against Houthi rebels in Yemen is over.

       The Saudi-led coalition declared an end to its military campaign against Iran backed Houthi rebels, Saudi State TV reported on Monday. The king of Saudi Arabia has ordered the Saudi National Guard to join the airforce and army in the campaign against Houthi rebels allied with Iran. The end of the operation " Decisive Storm" will now make way for a new phase aimed at preventing the rebels from functioning effectively. The announcement comes after two air strikes in Sana'a killed at least 40 people. Speaking at a news conference in Riyadh, the Saudi capital on Wednesday, Brig. Gen. Ahmed Asiri said the objectives of the campaign have been met and it wound cease at midnight. Meanwhile, Yemeni embattled president Hadi, in a live broadcast said his government have decided to share power with the Houthi in a bid to end the fighting. Hadi thank the forces that were loyal to his government. He praised them for their brave resistance against the Houthi rebels. Hadi also thank the Gulf countries for their help to bombard the Iran back Houthi fighters.
