U.S former Secretary of State, first Lady and Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton accused China of stealing "huge amounts of government information" and trying to hack into everything that doesn't move in America", Raw story reported citing reuters. Speaking at a campaign event in New Hampshire on Saturday, the former Secretary of State said that Russian president Vladimi Putin plans to expland Russia's boundaries and accused Russia of harbouring territorial ambitions. She noted that because of NATO members agreement to protect fellow members, had Ukraine been a member of NATO when Crimea region, formal Ukrain's territory was annexed, "that would have caused us to have to respond".
