A Cairo criminal court sentences Muslim Brother leader, 13 others to death in Egypt.

        An Egyptian court on Monday referred 14 muslim Brotherhood leaders, including group leader Mohamed Badie to the country's Mufti to consider possible death sentences against them for plotting to " sow sedition", dailysabah reported. The court has also set the date of 11 April to announce its verdict concerning other defendant in the case. Egypt website ahramonline reported that Badie is currently standing several trials in relation to violent actd commited by supporters of ousted Islamist president Mohamed Morsi, who hails from the Brotherhood. The Egyptian muslim Brotherhood had been designated as terrorist organisation.
