Three French sport stars were among 10 people who lost their lives when two helicopters collided when on filming mission of an endurance - style reality TV show. French media reported. Yachtswoman Florenc Arthaud, Olympic swimmer Camille Muffat and Olympic boxer Alexis Vastine were among the deed. Amateur footage taken from the ground showed the two helicopters flying in tandem at low altitude when one appears to deviate into the path of the other. Both helicopter then plunge on the ground. The incident happened during the filming of an endurance - style reality TV show. French president Francois Hollande paid tribute to the Olympiand death in a statement. "The brutal demise of our compatriots is an immense sadness" he said on Tuesday.
