23 killed in Chad's capital after suicide bomber struck.

     At least 23 people have been killed when a suicide bomber attack Chad's capital city on Monday. Witness said, it wasthe first attack of its kind since Boko Haram threatened to attack Chad early this year. The attack appaered to be retaliation by leading role in aregion war against the militant group. United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon, in a statement condermned the attacks and praised Chad's "courageous role" in fighting the deadly militant group that had killed many. Nigerian government also condermnedthe attack saying " These lawless and faithless terrorists will be flushed out and neutralized wherever they are. Chadian information minister Hassan Sylla Bakari called Monday's deadly attack " an appalling and barbaric attack". Associated Press reported that one of the bombers on a motorcycle blew himself up after he was fired upon by security officers outside a building where the national police chief is based.
