Nigeria, Regional neighbouring countries agreed to set up joint forces to crush Boko Haram.


       Nigeria and regional neighours have agreed to set up a joint military force to fight the Islamist militant group Boko Haram. The agreement was reached after intensive discusion in Nigeria's capital Abuja which was attended by the leaders of Benin, Cameroon, Niger, Chad and the host country Nigeria, local media reported. At one-day summit in Abuja, the leader agreed to established a joint strong forces that can degrade the group and eventually destry it. The joint military force based will be located in Chad's capital Ndjamena, would be up and running by July,30, 2015. The joint force will have a permanent Nigeria leader, a concessionto Buhari's opposition to rotating commander.
