Nestle India withdraws Maggi noodles from stores.

        India popular Food group Nestle has oredered the withdrawal of Maggi noodles from sale across India. The wirhdrawal follow tests that revealed the snack contained unsafe levels of lead. The company seems to still be in denial mode as it insisted that the product is safe giving away the details of its own tests, firstpost reported. In a notice issued after a meeting with Nestle's global chief executive, Paul Bulcke, the Food Satefty and Stardard Authority of India also said ot was evident that Nestle has failed to comply with India food safety laws, according to abc.net.au. Food inspectors in the northern State of Uttar Pradesh last month reported high lead content was found during routine tests on two dozen packets of Instant noodles.
