An gunman believed to be a white young man opened fire at a church member as they gather for prayer meeting, in a historic African American church in Charleston, U.S, killing nine worshippers, US media reported. The Mayor of the city Joe Riley called the shooting " an unspeakable and heart breaking tragedy". Charleston police chief Greg Mullen said the gunmen, described as a clean-shaven and approximately 21 years old with sandy bonde hair and a slender build. The man was alleged to had pray for an hour at the Emmanuel African Methodist Episcopal church, befor opening fire on the worshippers. Many black African America had been killed in similar attacks in US. Many analyst believed that black are target intentionally for racist reasons . The motive behind the gunman action is still unknown .
