Torrential rains slammed Texas and Oklahoma during the memorial Day weekend, killing seven people and caused floods which destroyed people's homes. The death toll is expected to rise with numbers of people missing inTexas after storms hited Texas Oklahoma. Flash flood warnings were in effect early Teusday for parts of eastern Texas and much of western Arkansas, and tornado watches were issued for part of Louisiana, U.S media reported. Local media also reported that Twelve people, including two children, were missing along the Blanco river in Texas.
