Report: Islamic State executes 20 men in front of crowd in Palmyra.

Islamic State had reported to have " called people to watch" as they executed 20 local men in a Roman ampitheatre in the ancient Syria city of Palmyra, the UK based Syria Observatory for Human Right said. A week after ISIS seizing the strategic city, the group gathered 20 men accused of being Assad loyalists and shot them dead, according to the Observatory. The executions, if confirmed, could signal the start of Islamic State mass execution for those who opposes them in the newly captured town of Palmyra. Syria state TV on Sunday reported that about 400 civilians were massacred by Islamic State since last Wednesday, while activists in Palmyra said that Islamic State fighters hurted down loyalties of president al-Assad, killing up to 300 of them, Israel national news reported.
